Extravaganza

Rainy, gloomy, soggy, muddy - the scene was challenging - but we all made it work. By "we" I mean the Thugz, the fans, the Rio Nido Roadhouse staff, all of us. The Roadhouse had its front parking lot closed by the landowner. What to do? We found a way to park and enter, still smiling! In fact, the tribe showed up for our holiday party - with nothing but happy faces and positive "vibes." So the show began - with our special guests, Chris Bramble and Stephanie Salva (not really a "guest").   It all worked, and the band had a great time - getting together after too much time spent apart. The holidays are the time for togetherness and family, after all. I got to see folks I hadn't seen for so long. Thank you to all of you who turned out. The Santa Contest was chaotic (of course), but, as our friend said, it was "So much FUN!!!". We played original tunes, some holiday classics, and many GD covers - with plenty of jams and stellar moments. It was a night to remember because the music makers and the music lovers were totally in synch. Thank you to all our friends who shared their holiday cheer. The Thugz wish everyone out there a wonderful holiday. We hope for many blessings in 2015 - for all!  Take care. Love, Sylvia
